Raising money for laptops for schoolchildren in under developed communities
The donations for this event are to raise money for laptops for schoolchildren in under developed communities that have been hardest hit by natural disaster AND/OR COVID. This year has been rough for everyone, but those most effected are the innocent children. As we have had to move to online learning to keep everyone safe, there are many less fortunate that do not have access to the equipment/supplies necessary to keep up with their peers/classmates. Education is crucial to the survival of the next generation, and every child deserves fair & equal opportunity to receive that education. Your generous donations will be used to help aid these children receive the supplies they need to continue their education, and not be left behind during these challenging times in those areas hardest hit.
Community Farm
Food justice is an important part of community justice. We take donations form local businesses and use them to fight hunger. We have a Community Farm in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Our goal is to help other communities start sustainable farms all over the world. Help us connect with donors and with volunteers.
Animal Rescue and Adoption
It is estimated that Puerto Rico has more than 150,000 stray dogs on the island. We work with other non profit organizations to care for the animal through fosters on the island and then placed through adoption in furever homes.
